I am the Founder and CEO of YaSheema Marshall Coaching and Consulting, as well as a parent coach, author, trainer and speaker. I have over 20 years of experience working with families at different stages of life as well as a wife and mother of 6 (4 adult step-children, a 14 year old and a 11 year old). Not only do I have a wealth of knowledge and information to share from my personal experiences as a mom and stepmom I am professionally trained in areas such child abuse/neglect, child development, family advocacy and has spent several years supporting families in various areas within the social service industry at the State, County and Local levels. I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Michigan and after years of dedicating my life to being a S/WAHM, I am currently finishing my Masters Degree which I am super excited about!
As a dedicated wife, mother of six, I have always focused my time and energy on raising my children and fostering positive family relationships, personally and professionally. As a mompreneur, I am no stranger to the challenges that may arise throughout your parenthood journey as you try to conquer the self, life and balance triad while seeking a self-fulfillng life! I understand the need to have support, knowledge and tools to deal with the obstacles along the way which is why I am constantly creating new tools, products and services to help parents make life easier! I am the host and founder of the Hats Off To Mothers empowerment conference, a trainer and coordinator for a nationally recognized parenting program, serve on the board of a local community agency, volunteer for various community family initiatives and have developed parent coaching programs, parent education trainings and youth mentoring programs.
